Brief History

I began my career in Real Estate in 1977 working in the Greater Ballard area, where I have enjoyed living and raising 4 children with my wife Colleen. Seeing them begin successful careers and families of their own we now have five grandchildren) has been my greatest pleasure. Working full time and watching the local real estate trends ebb and flow for over 35 years has given me significant insight into a number of neighborhoods that reflect the changing faces of residential real estate in Seattle.

Real Estate Philosophy

My philosophy is simple, I work where my clients need me. I have sold and listed homes and condominiums priced from $150,000 to $2,650,000. My business is built on referrals and I have enjoyed the many contacts I have made over the years. Meeting the challenge of helping people find their first home, along with providing assistance to buying and selling treasured family homes, upgrading, downsizing or finding that special view, are just few of the services that I can provide. As an active broker helping buyers and sellers in 3 seperate decades of real estate changes I am prepared to help you negotiate through the challenges of any market.

I specialize in luxury sales and marketing for homes from Magnolia to Edmonds that feature western exposure and view properties in Sunset Hill, North Beach, Blue Ridge, Broadview and Ballard. I have also completed extensive training working as a Accredited buyer representative (ABR), and as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). As a bona fide baby boomer I am aware of many of the specific challenges and issues that effect my generation.This includes helping aging parents, helping our grown children provide for their first and second homes.
