Experienced, Knowledgeable, Professional

Licensed since 1981, Associate Broker in 1987, Managing Broker as of 2011, Paul has earned several professional designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), (a designation earned by fewer than 4% of agents), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and most recently the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Experience and Education count when you are making important real estate decisions.

Helpful Consultation = Best Choices

Coupled with Education and Experience comes a relaxed, focused approach to what for many can be a most stressful time. Paul's role as a consultant plays a vital part in helping his clients make their best real estate choices. "Putting things in plain English" and giving his clients a thorough understanding of the process are the central keys to Paul's goal of outstanding service resulting in "Clients for Life".

Consistency + Hardwork = Results!

Paul is a dedicated, hardworking professional with a consistent, methodical approach. Whether working with first time buyers or sellers, experienced investors, seniors making a major transition, or estates, Paul takes pride in his personal service and attention to every detail. "I am never too busy to help you or your family, friends and co-workers that you refer to me for my real estate consultation services."

Location, Location, Location!

A Seattle native, born and raised on Queen Anne Hill, Paul has lived and worked in most neighborhoods of the city and knows each of their unique characteristics. A Little League coach and manager for over 10 years, Paul enjoys the Seattle Mariners, Seattle Seahawks, fishing with his family in Alaska (two of his brothers are licensed guides), and golfing on many of the area's more challenging courses.
